Chef Ezgi is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago. Chef Ezgi has experience working in some of the best restaurants in Chicago, such as The Signature Room at the 95th Restaurant & Bar and Maple & Ash. Chef Ezgi has worked under renowned Chef Carrie Nahabedian at Naha. 

Chef Ezgi is also executive chef/manager at Turquoise in Roscoe village. Now she is bringing her talent and cuisine to Sea & Olive on Division in Wicker Park.

Restauranteur and Entrepreneur Metin Serbest is a Northwestern University Graduate. Upon passing the bar exam in New York, Attorney Serbest formed Serbest Law with offices in New York City, Chicago and Miami. Serbest is a supporter of non-profit organizations, so much so, that he established the Serbest Foundation.

Turquoise Restaurant was established in 2002 in Roscoe Village. It became known for their wide selection of Turkish-inspired Mediterranean dishes and drinks. Nestled in the middle of Roscoe Village, Turquoise Restaurant takes pride in being a part of such a culturally diverse neighborhood.
